About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Financial & Vendor Management Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing IT financial operations, vendor relationships, and cost optimization. In this role, you will oversee IT run costs, ensure efficient invoice and budget management, and track IT audit processes.

You will work closely with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to improve financial processes and reporting, helping the business make informed decisions on IT spending. If you have a strong background in IT finance, vendor management, and process improvement, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Run Cost Management (RMO) process, ensuring cost efficiency across IT operations.
• Work with IT Domain Leaders to track and optimize recurring IT expenses.
• Ensure financial compliance and support financial closings (monthly & yearly)
• Collaborate with suppliers, Finance, and Procurement teams to resolve invoice issues and ensure timely payments.
• Support recurring cost budgeting processes, ensuring IT software renewals align with budget forecasts.
• Participate in supplier reviews and vendor management activities.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Finance, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in IT financial management, cost optimization, or vendor management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Fluent English (French is a plus).
• Agile mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
