Job Description:
Role                      : IT Commercial Administrator
Location               : Crawley, England
Job type               :  6 months Fixed Term Contract
Client                    : NIIT

Role:
The role of the IT Commercial Administrator is to support the IT Commercial & IT Infrastructure teams in their day to day operation. This includes management of the Purchase Request process; Input of purchase orders; Receipting & invoice queries; Renewal of POs against Agreements/Quotes; Diary & Event Management; Environment, Health & Safety tasks.  

Job Description:

•    Manage the IT purchasing process end to end, including raising of Purchase Orders, Receipting, Invoice queries, reporting and supporting Project Managers with the Invoice on Hold Process.
•    Ensure support renewals are identified and covering purchase orders are raised & monitored.
•    Monitor & analyse receipting against Purchase order values & renew as necessary
•    Provide Administrative support to the IT Infrastructure team
•    Create monthly Security reports (Malware, AV and Incidents), and Risk reports
•    Raise Purchase orders, order equipment from suppliers and manage delivery to site and payment.
•    Knowledge and experience of IT commercial, contract and purchasing management preferable
•    Experience with purchase management software and/or automated procurement systems.
•    Ability to deal tactfully with vendors, suppliers and internal teams who provide a broad spectrum of products and services
