Department Profile

The Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) Channel Marketing team in London is responsible for all marketing activity in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and LatAm including institutional, intermediary, and consultant channels. The team works closely with business partners in the regions to develop relevant content and organize promotion campaigns across the distribution channels, deploying a fully integrated marketing mix.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Channel Marketing team in the execution of marketing campaigns. This role will focus on providing administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of our channel marketing initiatives. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Channel Marketing team in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, email, website content, paid media and more.

  • Help manage the logistics and timelines of regular webcasts and online webinars.

  • Track and analyse campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights.

  • Support ad-hoc requests from internal teams (eg. sales or investment teams).

  • Maintain accurate records of campaign materials, compliance documentation, and performance data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

  • You demonstrate a keen interest in the financial markets.

  • You have excellent communication skills.

  • You are a strong team player; ability to collaborate with colleagues across MSIM and the broader organization.

  • You are driven, highly motivated and results focused.

  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.

  • Positive attitude, good attention to detail and time management skills.
