Job description

We are constantly looking to add to our core talent. If you are seeking a career that is challenging and rewarding, a work environment that is diverse and dynamic, look no further — Haemonetics is your employer of choice.

Job Details

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to join our EMEA team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, has strong communication skills, and is eager to develop their technical expertise within the medical device industry.

At Haemonetics, we believe in potential. While a technical aptitude and willingness to learn are important, we provide comprehensive training, mentoring, and ongoing support to help you build the product and industry knowledge required to succeed.

What you'll be doing

With the support of experienced colleagues, you will:

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers and field teams across the EMEA region.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support product installations, upgrades, and technical investigations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service, Sales, Quality, and R&D.
  • Continuously develop your technical expertise and become a subject matter expert within your area.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

We are less focused on extensive product experience and more interested in finding someone with the right mindset and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Fluent English, Italian, and German language skills.
  • French language skills would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A natural curiosity and interest in technical products and troubleshooting.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic international environment.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, healthcare, life sciences, engineering, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
  • Previous project management experience is a plus

What you'll gain

  • Structured onboarding and extensive product training.
  • Ongoing coaching and development from experienced professionals.
  • Exposure to a highly innovative healthcare and medical technology environment.
  • Opportunities to expand your responsibilities and grow your career internationally.
  • The chance to make a real impact by supporting healthcare professionals and patients across Europe.

If you are multilingual, technically curious, customer-oriented, and eager to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
