Responsibilities
1. Partner with your assigned business unit(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
2. Partner with business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations
4. Proactively assess team needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
5. Be the ambassador for the TikTok organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.
6. Manage employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of Human Resources working experience.
2. Strong written and oral English.
3. Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
4. Highly organized and self-sufficient.
5. High oral and written fluency in French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian, and in English, is required, as the role involves direct client communication across the Southern European markets served by the business.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Have in-depth knowledge of compliance and labor laws in EU in order to handle local ER cases.
