Requirements
Support HR Function: You will assist the current HR role, which handles tasks across multiple locations, including London, Paris, and Frankfurt. Your support will enable the HR professional to focus on strategic initiatives and higher-value tasks;
Administrative Duties: You will manage various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. This will ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, freeing up time for HR management and employee relations;
Recruitment Process: You will streamline the recruitment process by using WorkDay for posting positions, tracking applications, and updating candidate statuses. Additionally, you will collect all necessary documents for hiring approvals and consolidate feedback from interview panels to ensure a smooth recruitment process;
Effective Onboarding and Offboarding: You will draft and issue employment contracts, ensuring they are accurate and issued promptly. You will also manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and returned, and exit interviews are scheduled;
Payroll Support: You will assist with UK payroll administration and oversee French and German payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
Employee Communication: You will manage regular communication with employees, including letters for promotions, salary adjustments, and policy updates;
Employee Benefits Management: You will oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring employees receive the correct entitlements and that records are kept up to date;
Accurate and Timely Reporting: You will keep WorkDay updated with current employee information and assist in preparing monthly reports for the London Management Meeting. Additionally, you will support the preparation of annual reports and summaries required for the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), ensuring compliance and thorough documentation;
Local HR Presence and Continuity: You will provide on-the-ground support when the senior HR role is away or on annual leave, ensuring ongoing HR support and minimizing disruptions;
Support for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and Due Diligence: You will manage regular reports around Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and due diligence from investors, supporting the organization’s commitment to D&I and meeting investor requirements.
