Care Assistant Benefits:

• Excellent pay rates - £13.50 per hour week days, £14.00 per hour evenings and weekends, plus £20.25 enhanced bank holiday rates

Care Assistant responsibilities:

Being a Home help assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.

We are looking for compassionate individuals who are able to work flexible hours, including some weekends on a rotational basis, to ensure our clients receive outstanding care seven days a week.

Duties can include:

• Companionship, ensuring clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction
• Supporting with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping trips
• Personal care, including assistance with bathing, showering, dressing and grooming, helping clients remain healthy, comfortable and independent
• Being part of the Home Instead family and working with friendly, like-minded people who share your values

Compensation (from employer):
