Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing an exceptional guest service experience.
• Taking orders and delivering food.
• Setting up and packing down the restaurant.
• Ensuring you have knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menus.
• Being responsible for the management of junior staff and their learning and development.
