Provides strategic governance and oversight of clinical coaching across their benefit/contract area, ensuring standards, calibration, and consistency are maintained and improved. Owning the end-to-end operational assurance model, using MI trend analysis and insights to prioritise coaching focus, drive quality improvement, and escalate clinical risks appropriately. Working with Operational Managers and senior stakeholders, the role aligns clinical priorities, coordinates interventions, and represents the function with external partners (e.g. DWP) to uphold contractual and clinical integrity.
