Head Barman Job Opportunity, Michelin, Surrey, £24k salary package.

We are looking for a polished and passionate hospitality professional to join the team at this leading new Michelin Star Restaurant as a Head Barman.

• Great opportunity to create the Bar list, Cocktail menu.
• Opportunity to put your "touch" on the Bar.
• Knowledge of Beverages, Wine, Cocktails and Mixology.
• £24k salary package, plus cash tips.
• Staff accommodation available (20 minutes drive).
• Working 4.5 days per week, closed Sunday and Monday.
• Based in Surrey town, close to London.

The Restaurant

The property is a Michelin starred, modern fine dining restaurant, serving the very best of British food. The menus constantly evolve to follow and reflect the seasons, creating a dynamic and enjoyable working environment, where food and drink knowledge is developed and broadened.

The Head Barman

As the Head Barman, you are responsible for efficiently managing the Bar. From creating the menu and cocktail list, to ordering and stock control and most importantly the welcoming, up-selling and service to guests.
