Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.

We’re seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team at our Rosebery office. This role suits a confident, ideas-driven designer who can independently deliver high-quality creative across multiple channels while contributing to larger brand and campaign initiatives.

You’ll play a key role in shaping on-brand creative, pushing visual boundaries and supporting the execution of major launches, campaigns, and activations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver small to mid-scale design projects across digital, print, motion, event and out of home (OOH) channels
  • Conceptualise, design and deliver on-brand creative across EDMs, website, app, social media, paid media and print
  • Confidently interpret briefs and execute work that is on-brand, trend-aware and commercially relevant
  • Maintain high visual quality and consistency across all touchpoints, including EDMs, paid media, social, video, event collateral and large-format assets such as billboards and transit advertising
  • Proactively identify visual inconsistencies and suggest refinements to elevate brand output
  • Contribute to brainstorms, mood boards and pitch presentations for upcoming sales and campaigns
  • Apply strong conceptual thinking across a range of formats, helping shape the visual direction of creative work
  • Edit video content for campaign launches and social channels on a regular basis
  • Independently manage projects end-to-end, balancing multiple briefs while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Adapt quickly to fast turnarounds and shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive creative outcomes
  • Monitor industry trends, UX principles and creative best practices
  • Maintain clean file structures and contribute to shared systems such as templates, motion presets and design assets
  • Deliver high-quality photo retouching and image editing when required

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in a similar mid-level graphic design role
  • Qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro (After Effects also highly regarded)
  • Experience designing for paid social and performance marketing channels
  • Background in fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices across platforms
  • Confident, self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

  • Stunning new offices including onsite gym & kitchen stocked with lots of goodies
  • Monthly clothing allowance + ongoing clothing discounts
  • Fun events throughout the year
  • Be apart of a fast growing business with opportunities for growth
