General Manager - Premium Quick Service Restaurant

We are looking for a General Manager for our client who operates in the premium fast-casual dining market. The General Manager will have a passion for hospitality, with the skills to develop and motivate outstanding teams in a fun and supportive environment.

The General Managers focus will be the management of the dining experience, delivery of high standards of service, training staff to the correct level and managing the team. The successful candidate will be one of the faces of the business and will like nothing more than being out and about talking to customers.

Salary and Benefits

•Salary between £30,000 and £35,000 plus bonus

·5 out of 7 days, 48 hours a week
