Your daily life

• Assist with monthly close process, including preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, variance explanation and other analysis
• Oversee daily clinic cash reconciliations
• Assist with 2018 tax return preparation
• Build, distribute and update various key financial metrics
• Completes special projects within reasonable time frames as requested by management.
• Organizes and performs work effectively and efficiently.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Your profile

• Current or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an analytical (i.e. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field).
• Requires strong attention to detail for identifying errors in calculations and reports.
• Requires excellent listening and verbal communication skills; must be a team player. Position requires demonstrated ability to relate to and understand others.
• Requires professional demeanor and confidentiality as the position has access to extremely sensitive information.
• Requires ability to perform statistical data analysis and analytical review. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a high level of Excel proficiency.
• Requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply to real business case
