Finance Recruitment Consultant - Dublin

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our Dublin team.

We have 9 offices across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Our Dublin offering focuses on Finance, Technology and Project/Change Management.

With an emphasis on delivering high quality solutions to a range of domestic and international clients. We focus on the Mid to Senior end of the market working exclusively on the majority of mandates with our clients both in Ireland, across Europe and the States.

Responsibilities

 Below are some of the duties you can expect to fulfill in your role:

• New business generation through a variety of business techniques
• Deals with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls
• Regular client visits – new and continuing – identify and follow up business leads
• Identifies and following business leads and opportunitie
• Serves clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobs
• Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job

• description – check info / client requirements in line with key processes and legislation

• Gathers information on client; decision maker and number of employees

• Networks internally and externally with clients

• Benchmark for clients – salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity

• Writes and places job advertisements

• Promotes value adding information to clients

• Extensive market research on potential future clients

Skills

This role would suit someone with 360 recruitment exposure, sales and or accountancy exposure.
