The Fan Engagement CRM team sits within the Digital & Audience Development function, supporting the UK business through audience growth, fan engagement and first-party data initiatives. We help artists and labels build stronger connections with their fans by growing and activating artist-owned audiences across multiple touchpoints. Using fan data and insights, we deliver personalised marketing and fan experiences that increase engagement, support D2C activity and drive revenue opportunities. This role will support the delivery of CRM fan engagement campaigns, helping artists and labels grow their audiences, deepen fan relationships and create meaningful experiences that contribute to long-term fan value.

Role Overview:

Ways of Working

  • Office attendance: Monday to Thursday
  • Flexibility: Fridays are optional to work from the office or work from home
  • Offsite working: This role has no opportunities to work offsite events

What you'll do:

  • Create fan engagement activations including email campaigns, competitions, sign-up experiences, pre-saves and exclusive content journeys to drive audience growth, deepen fan relationships and increase first-party data acquisition - using in-house tools and third-party partnerships platforms
  • Work with Digital & Audience Development, D2C and label teams to help attract, engage and retain fans, creating meaningful fan experiences while growing artist and label-owned audiences
  • Support CRM strategy in label and artist meetings, ensuring fan engagement and audience development are embedded as core components of all marketing campaigns
  • Develop best-practice case studies, fan engagement documentation in partnership with CRM Managers to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Who you are:

Essential

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A passion for music, fan engagement and digital marketing, with an interest in how artists connect with their audiences
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and contribute to team projects
  • Curious about technology, innovation and how artists connect with fans in the digital space

Nice to have

  • An understanding of fan engagement, crm marketing or audience development
  • Experience using data to support decision-making or evaluate performance
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce or direct-to-fan engagement

Process Overview

  • Applications open August 10th at 10:00 and close August 24th at 10:00. Candidates whose applications are selected will be invited to complete a video interview between September 28th and October 3rd
  • Candidates who pass this stage will then be invited to the final stage of the process, an in-person assessment centre in early November. We will send further information on this stage before the date arrives.
  • Successful applicants will start in January 2027.
