As a premium care provider, we are committed to offering our team continuity of clients, consistent hours, and ongoing support. In return, we are looking for individuals who are genuinely committed to building a long-term career with us and providing outstanding care to our clients.

Continuity is at the heart of the service we provide. Our clients benefit from seeing familiar faces they know and trust, so we are seeking reliable, dedicated people who are prepared to make a long-term commitment to the role.

We will invest in you through continuous training, development, and support throughout your journey with us. In return, we ask for your reliability, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional care while growing with our team for the long term.

Our team supports clients across Swindon, Highworth and the Vale of White Horse areas, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We're currently seeking dedicated people to support our clients with their evening routines, working between 5pm and 9:45pm.
From providing companionship and reassurance to assisting with personal care and preparing for a restful night, you'll play a vital role in making each day end on a positive note.

We can offer you:

  • £13.05 per hour during the week and £13.80 per hour on a weekend
  • Paid mileage & travel time between visits
  • Hours that fits around your life and commitments with regular clients
  • Full, award winning training provided
  • Clear career pathways and qualifications (NVQs)
  • Pension scheme
  • Referral scheme – earn money for your friends joining the team and referring clients to us
  • Access to your pay ahead of payday with Paywise+
  • Free Blue Light Card and access to discounted fuel
  • Be part of a close-knit team that truly supports each other
  • Make real, lasting connections with clients and their families

We would need you to be aged 18 or over with availability to work an alternate weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desired.

Join a team where your kindness, compassion, and support truly make a difference every single day.
