Evening Care Assistant

The evening shift covers the hours of 17:00 - 22:00 and you will be supporting our clients in the following ways:

• Meal preparation and supporting our clients to maintain healthy nutrition and hydration
• Light cleaning and assisting clients with a variety of tasks around the home
• Personal care
• Medication support (where necessary)
• Companionship
