My client is a very well established and professional independent Estate Agent and Lettings brand with multiple branches in the Bristol area. They are an award winning Estate Agency who pride themselves on their first class customer service and from that have an enviable reputation and sought after brand in Bristol and surrounding areas. 

An opportunity has arisen for a driven Sales Negotiator to join them in their branch in Henleaze. The right candidate does not need years and years of experience - with a can-do attitude, ability to close a deal, great attention to detail, and eagerness to learn...they can teach the rest!

As a successful Sales Negotiator, you will deal with all aspects of property sales; dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage appointments, negotiating sales and progressing them through to completion with strong focus on delivering a high-end customer service.

Our client is seeking a tenacious, charismatic and ambitious individual who has a natural flare for negotiation and can demonstrate exceptional influencing skills. Individuals with previous experience in a sales or customer service focused role working within a pressurised/target driven environment would also be considered.
