EMEA Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Third-Party Associate)

About the Team:
This Talent Acquisition team recruits for the TikTok Product & Design team crucial to its international video business. The Product Team drives business growth, builds and maintains leading products, covering user growth, various product categories, and business analysis, while also focusing on service architecture and basic tech to ensure quality user services. The Global Design Team offers a first-rate user experience for hundreds of millions globally, enabling better creation, expression, and discovery of the world's diversity, breaking barriers, and connecting people. Comprising designers and managers from across the globe, they collaborate to turn the impossible into reality, working in unison to achieve TikTok's success.

Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical talents at all levels.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team (Talent Acquisition Business Partners and other Sourcers) and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure the business's needs and goals are met.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and manage stakeholder relationships, including HRBP, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Conduct complex data analysis and provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-added market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
- Take ownership of the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote TikTok as an excellent place to work for all candidates.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of international sourcing experience in internet companies, overseas candidates sourcing experience related to operation roles preferred.
- Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space and output target company mapping lists.
- Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across different locations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to contribute efficiently with strong data sense in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks.
- Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organisational skills (attention to detail).
