Ecommerce Coordinator

An exciting role has become available for an Ecommerce Coordinator to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.

Responsibilities:

• Own the creation and management of product listings, including descriptions, tagging, content, and e-commerce images.
• Maintain and merchandise products across multiple storefronts (AU, US, UK).
• Manage on-site search functionality to ensure products are easily discoverable and optimise search performance.
• Work closely with the creative and graphics teams to brief, update, and maintain site and app content across all regions.
• Maintain all product imagery and videos, ensuring they are on-brand and highlight the products perfectly.
• Collaborate with buyers to manage the workflow from stock arrivals to online publication and merchandising.
• Work with the wider e-commerce team on collection launches, making sure banners, products, and all site updates go live smoothly.
• Coordinate with buyers and the design team to organise samples efficiently.
• Create new website categories and update existing collections with new styles.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team and web developers to maintain and enhance AU, UK, and US websites.
• Identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey to improve UX.
• Troubleshoot site issues, test new features, and ensure smooth site operation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Experience with Shopify is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
