Nursery – Bright Horizons Brindley House

Salary – £27,580.80 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Hours - 40 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri | Permanent

Location – Beaconsfield, HP9

We’re looking for an Early Years Housekeeper to join our Brindley House Day Nursery! The nursery is located in the centre of the beautiful market town of Beaconsfield, just a short 5 minute walk from Beaconsfield rail station and local shops. There is free staff parking on-site along with a newly refurbished nursery full of cosy reading corners, imagination stations and a wonderful outdoor garden for the children to explore.

The Role

As an Early Years Housekeeper, you will keep the nursery a clean and safe environment for the children, colleagues, and families. You will maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene of the children’s bathroom and nappy change areas throughout the day, carry out daily laundry as required, and be prepared to help with additional nursery tasks where required, such as supporting over mealtimes and cleaning of equipment.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience of cleaning within a domestic or commercial property

  • Food Safety CIEH L2 or above (or equivalent) – this must be passed on day 1 in post

  • Sound knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety requirements

  • Great communication skills, with colleagues, children, and parents
