Benefits include: * 25 days annual leave * 9% combined pension * Flexible benefits package * Holiday trade scheme Salary - £45,000 - £52,000 This role is responsible for implementing and leading new, effective, compliant and high‑performing MarTech and digital marketing delivery across operational contracts. Ensuring channels and user journeys meet contractual, regulatory and operational objectives within agreed, cost-effective budgets. The role provides digital leadership and specialist expertise, implementing new technologies and upskilling Operational and Marketing teams to drive consistent standards, innovation and continuous improvement across all customer‑facing digital activity, aligned to global operations It ensures digital marketing investment delivers measurable impact, using data, analytics and continual optimisation to improve user experience, outcomes and return on spend.
