Developer (Workflow & Reporting)

Lancashire Offices, Preston and Blackburn with Hybrid working pattern

IT Technology Team / Development | Reporting to the Development Manager


It is not very often we hire a developer, in fact this might be the first time in the last 4 years?!

Therefore, we are pleased to have created a new role working in the development team of the Technology Department.

This role is designed to grow into a full developer position, with hands-on experience across workflows, reporting, and system improvements.

Day to day you will be involved in things like..

  • Supporting development of workflow-based systems
  • Troubleshooting issues and support fixes
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business
  • Contributing to improving processes and systems
  • Testing new functionality

It would be a bonus if you have...

  • Exposure to workflows, reporting, or databases
  • Any coding or scripting experience
  • Power BI / SQL or similar tools
  • M365 Experience
  • Legal sector or case management experience (e.g. Proclaim)
