Apply to this jobOur busy friendly kitchen team are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to come and join them.
You would need to be able to assist the Chef de Partie in the timely production and presentation of food on the appropriate section, to deputise for the Chef de Partie, and to take occasional charge of the section as appropriate, whilst always ensuring that we are a delivering highest quality food to our guests.
The successful candidate will have proven experience within a quality hotel(s) or restaurant(s), be passionate about food, enthusiastic, able to work in a team and have an eye for detail.
The position will include a mixture of shifts on a rotational basis including weekends.

Essential:
Working towards C&G 706/1&2 or NVQ equivalent
