Manage a team of Adult Skills Vocational Trainers to deliver high-quality teaching learning and assessment and continuously improve teaching/learning programs across provision. Manage a team to create a high performing and engaged culture. Plan delivery timetables effectively to support trainer caseloads are maintained throughout the academic year to achieve contract KPI’s.
