CAI (Creator Acquisition & Incubation) is a dedicated team focused on recruiting high-quality content creators and driving their growth at scale. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for activating and incubating E-commerce creators for new markets, assisting the team in formulating strategies, and configuring the backend settings of the creator operation tool.
- Assist in planning and executing creator communities management, plan different campaign activities and comms to help community creators grow better on the platform.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Professional proficiency in written and speaking in English; Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and adaptive to quick changes, also eager to learn quickly in a high performing environment.
- Ability to think creatively, logically and structurally.
- Experience working with Excel and delivering actionable insights
- Data-driven, strong execution with attention to detail, good communication, collaborative, and good time management skills
