Join our TikTok Shop Partnership Operations team as we shape the future of social commerce. The TikTok Shop Partnership Ops team is in charge of managing TikTok Shop Partners - agencies who service merchants on TikTok Shop - and responsible for partners' performance.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
- The TikTok Shop Partner Intern is to expand and drive the TSP ecosystem through assistant business development, training and project management.
- This position sits cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support in matchmaking TSPs with sellers on the platform.
- You will become an expert on social commerce and all things TikTok Shop to support our partner team and help TSP to onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform.
- The position requires data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on TikTok Shop.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data or other relevant fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with metrics and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
