Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Location: London (Hybrid) with international project scope

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and evolve the creative vision across international design projects.
• Champion neuroscience-informed design principles throughout the creative process.
• Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of designers and thinkers.
• Collaborate closely with clients to deliver transformative environments.
• Push creative boundaries to establish a bold, future-focused design philosophy.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within architecture, interior, or experiential design.

• Strong conceptual thinking and expertise in human-centred design.
• Passion for education and belief in its transformative power.
• A confident, innovative voice capable of translating research into inspiring strategies.
• Ambition to lead and influence globally impactful projects.
• International experience is essential, with the ability to travel
