The Opportunity

Our client is a highly successful and experienced executive from the technology sector (telecoms and IT) who has a wealth of experience building businesses, developing shareholder value, advising management teams and concluding transactions through his own business helping his clients in the M&A market. His extensive contacts and sales expertise has created considerable demand for his services.In order to cope with this demand and future growth he is now looking for a Corporate Finance Advisor to join him.The work will involve:

·Strategic analysis of businesses and markets

·Financial Modelling

·Report writing

·Development of Marketing Literature and Sales Documents

·Accessing funding

Our client will handle new business acquisition and selling of the services.

Exact details of the Partnership agreement are to be negotiated.

The Candidate

A highly commercial and experienced Corporate Finance Advisor is required who:

·Has technology sector experience

·Is competent in PowerPoint and Excel

·Has an entrepreneurial spirit

·Is a self-starter, happy and confident to work on their own
