Corporate Commercial Solicitor / Associate - 4+ PQE - Ross on Wye 

My Client’s Corporate Commercial team has enjoyed significant growth and success in recent years and we expect for this to continue for the foreseeable future. In order to keep up with client demand and further build our client, they require a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to support the growing demand and overall team. You will support a wide range of institutional investors, management teams, investee and portfolio companies and banks.

You will have the opportunity to further bolster the already impressive client base by dealing with a broad Corporate Commercial caseload which will include; joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring , corporate governance, succession planning and commercial contracts.

The successful candidate must:

• Have a strong Commercial and Corporate background.
• Have experience in business development and a well developed personal brand.
• Have commercial awareness and a history of strong financial performance.
• Ideally have experience of introducing new business.
• Be ambitious and have the desire to progress.
