Responsibilities

  • Assist with property transactions including sales and purchases.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents related to conveyancing.
  • Conduct property searches and gather necessary information.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate files and documentation.
  • Support the conveyancing team in meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings and attend property viewings as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interest in property law and the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
