Commercial Paralegal

We are currently seeking several Commercial/Corporate Paralegals to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of complex commercial contracts.
• Proven experience dealing with services and consulting agreements, licensing agreements, content agreements, software development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLA agreements, or e-commerce agreements.
• Partnering and supporting a fast-paced sales or business organisation by managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a paralegal within a commercial law environment.
• Good academic credentials.
• In-house legal experience is strongly preferred (directly, or as a secondee).
• Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You must have the right to work in the UK.
