We are looking for Care Professionals needed to support with calls to support a male client based in Coalville. The calls are 7 days a week but depending on your availability will be the shift patterns you do.

Morning call: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Evening call: 6:00pm – 10:00pm

Support includes:
✔️ Personal care
✔️ Medication support
✔️ Catheter care/support
✔️ Home help and companionship

Experience is preferred but full training and ongoing support will be provided, needs to be a driver with own vehicle with the full right to work in the UK.

Requirements

  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Full UK Drivers License with own vehicle
  • Full right to work within the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using IT systems and scheduling software
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care

Compensation (from employer):
13 – 14 GBP (HOURLY)
