Clinical Support Coach - PIP - UK

Role Summary The Clinical Support Coach has a hybrid role of outcome related delivery (assessments/audit depending on business need), with a set amount of time weekly for HP clinical support. This is primarily focussed on new entrants, ensuing weekly time with each new starter to support progression and develop skillset, with group shared sessions. They also provide cover for the HP helpline, ensuring that queries are supported with a coaching mindset and encouraging HP autonomy. They act as an example of best practice and role models for our HP team.
