We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about building strong relationships, driving growth for clients, and being the bridge between strategy and execution, this role is for you.

The Role

This isn’t just an account management job. As our Client Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for our clients. From onboarding and retention to building tailored growth strategies, you’ll ensure every client feels supported and sees measurable success with Trivium.

Key Responsibilities

🤝 Client Partnerships

  • Lead onboarding for new clients and continuously improve the process.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive trust and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client needs, requests, and escalations.

📊 Strategy & Growth

  • Develop tailored client success strategies based on business goals and data insights.
  • Analyze customer data to maximize value, minimize churn, and uncover opportunities.
  • Advocate for client needs in internal discussions around product and service development.

⚙️ Process & Communication

  • Ensure agreements and requirements are communicated across departments for flawless execution.
  • Mediate between clients and internal teams to align priorities.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve communication processes, tutorials, and success programs.

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 3+ years of experience in client success management (agency experience required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage ~20-40 clients' portfolios and success processes.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking.
  • High emotional intelligence and leadership qualities.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken, advanced level required).
