Apply to this jobAn exciting opportunity has been created to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team working with one of the most advanced, innovative robotics systems in the world. This team is working on challenging projects, optimising and fine-tuning the performance of our MHE, processes and procedures. Your role will be to manage short and long-term CI projects, utilising one of our various adopted industry-standard CI approaches. As a team you will work with Engineering, Operations, software and hardware R&D teams to define and deliver these projects in a production environment.
This is a global role supporting EMEA, North America and APAC regions and will require you to build a network and establish ways of working for best results. The position is UK based with a minimum of two days per week on site. International ad hoc travel will be required from time to time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and day to day management of CI projects
Drive the process of conducting root-cause analysis of hardware, software, integration and process failure, working with expert teams across the business.
Application of structured problem solving techniques (SS/LSS/8D)
Provide updates to senior management on findings and progress.
Coordinate with other teams throughout the business where necessary to support project execution
Manage and support team members and provide mentorship, supervision, and feedback on a regular and as-needed basis
Monitor KPIs of all sites, manage exceptions and support all sites to plan and deliver remedial actions.
Coordinate the capture of best practice and continuous improvement initiatives from all sites.
Analysing company processes and procedures. Developing process enhancement strategies.
Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
Establishing norms and standards of company performance
You may be asked to perform tasks as required by management deemed as a reasonable request.
