Starting salary is £32k + tips and then £34k + tips after 3 months. They also offer a range of incentives during the year with a bonus of £200 for each of these you hit.
The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the dishes you are cooking. you will prep your dishes and then cook. This is all about amazing dishes & not about volume. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fine dining background with great presentation skills, you will have a massive passion to learn Japanese cookery, and passion is so important.

Sunday and monday is off, Tuesday is a 3 hour prep day and Wednesday to Saturday is lunch and dinner.
