Carpenter's, Imporvers and Carpenter Mates

A-Spec is an established Carpentry & Building contractor based in Surrey; due to our ongoing expansion as a business we have recently secured multiple large contracts throughout Surrey consequently we are looking for experienced carpenters to join our dynamic team.

You will be working on one-off bespoke high-end residential properties in association with Surrey’s leading property developers. You’ll have the opportunity to further develop your carpentry skills, by having exposure to all elements of carpentry from hand-cut roofing structures, Joist works, stud walls to high-end doors, staircases, and bespoke kitchen designs.

We work mainly on residential 1st & 2nd fix Carpentry, Loft conversions for domestic and commercial clients throughout Surrey & South West London.

- Minimum of 5 years carpentry experience

- Must have tools 1st & 2nd fix Paslode nail guns, 110v Circular saws, Routers, Hinge jigs, Sanders, a full set of hand tools etc.

- Valid CSCS Skilled blue card or higher

- Clean and Tidy, Good at Communicating and Time Management
