We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to provide one-to-one care and companionship to older adults in their own homes. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we provide full, award-winning paid training and ongoing support to help you thrive.

Flexible hours – mornings, lunchtimes, afternoons, evenings, or a combination that suits you.

What You’ll Do

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide personalised support to help clients live independently and happily at home:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility)
  • Support with meals, light housekeeping, and errands
  • Administer medications and provide reminders
  • Promote independence
  • Deliver one-to-one care with minimum of 1-hour visits

  • £12.75–£13.75/hour (£24.50/hr on Bank Holidays)
  • Paid travel and waiting time

About You:

•        Naturally caring, reliable, and patient

•        UK driving license + access to a car (essential)

•        Right to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship

•        Seeking flexible, rewarding work with purpose

•        Capable of working 10 – 20 hours per week

•        Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
