We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enable us to provide personalised support.

Our Care Professionals come from all walks of life..... students looking for work around their studies, people with a day job looking for a few hours in an evening, parents who want to get home for the school run and retirees that dont want to retire!

What we offer our Care Professionals:

• Minimum 1 hour call times with each client so you have the time to care.
• A match to regular clients.
• Paid training
• £12.25 per hour weekdays, £13.00 per hour weekends plus enhanced bank holiday pay
• Paid Mileage
• City & Guilds accredited training
• Carer reward scheme and employee assistance programme .
