We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Melksham, United Kingdom. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

  • Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction to clients
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompany clients to appointments or on shopping trips
  • Provide personal care, including support with bathing, showering, and dressing
  • Ensure clients maintain their dignity and independence
  • Collaborate with other care team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the care manager
  • Adapt to clients' changing needs and preferences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programmes
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
  • No prior experience required - full training will be provided
  • Genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in people's lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic and patient nature
  • Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for maintaining accurate care records
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Clean driving licence preferred (but not essential)
  • Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
