What You'll Be Doing:

As a Care Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, delivering personalised care and support to individuals in their homes. Your role will include:

  • Assisting with personal care (dressing, washing, toileting, etc.)
  • Supporting with mobility and daily activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Administering medication and supporting healthcare needs (training provided)
  • Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
