Part-Time Care Assistant – Deal, Kent
Morning & Afternoon Shifts

We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults in their own homes in the Deal, Sandwich & Dover, Kent area.

We are a brand-new office in the local community, and we’re looking for caring individuals who genuinely want to make a difference and be part of something new and exciting.

This is a part-time role with flexible shift options:

• Morning shifts: 07:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon shifts: 14:00 – 21:00
  Shifts are available Monday to Friday, with alternate weekends required.

Hours will vary as we build up our client base, but if you’re looking to be part of something new, exciting, and growing, then we’re the team for you.

At Home Instead, our visits are at least an hour long. No rushing, just real, meaningful care that makes a genuine difference to someone's day. 

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting older adults with things like:

• personal care and mobility
• Preparing meals and hot drinks
• Light household tasks to keep their home safe and comfortable
• Companionship, conversation and a friendly face
• Some visits may include more personal health-related support — we provide full paid training for all of this, so no experience or medical background is needed

No Experience? No Problem!

You don’t need previous care experience — we’ll train, support, and cheer you on from day one.

We’re looking for people with the right values and attitude. For example:

• Have you cared for a loved one or supported a family member?

Hours:

Hours will vary whilst we build our client base, with a mix of:

• Morning shifts: 07:00–14:00
• Afternoon shifts: 14:00–21:00

What You’ll Need

• Right to work in the UK
• Full driving licence and access to a car
• Clear English and good communication skills
