We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistants to join our team. 

  • Provide attentive care and support to clients addressing their individual needs in their own homes
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including toileting and mobility support
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
  • Respond promptly to any emergencies or unexpected situations
  • Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records
  • Offer emotional support and reassurance to our clients
  • Perform light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized living space
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant although not essential as full training is given

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Empathetic and patient demeanour with a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in various situations
  • Basic first aid knowledge
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedules
  • Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and following care plans
  • Valid UK Driving License and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • Right to work in the UK

Previous care experience is helpful but not required – we’ll get to know you and provide full training so you feel confident in your role.
