Home Instead Mid Cornwall cover Wadebridge and surrounding villages. We are looking for people to join our Care Professional team helping older people in their own homes. Care Professional Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Being a Care Professional is an essential role supporting older people to live well at home.  With the support of our team and industry leading training, you can feel fully equipped to deliver the high-quality care Home Instead has become known for.

Here’s what you could be doing:

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
  • Support with Medications and Topical Creams or Drops. 
  • Reporting any potential issues to our care team so they can speak with other health professionals, the family, the person themselves or and other Caregivers.
