We are seeking a skilled and compassionate care assistant to provide person centred support to a client with advanced dementia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dementia care and demonstrate the ability to engage, support, and enhance the quality of life for individuals facing this condition. This role involves providing personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities while ensuring the client's safety and comfort. We pay up to £14.00 and 30p per mile.

Additional Information

addition to our zero-hours contracts, we may also offer a limited number of guaranteed 16-hour contracts, subject to availability and the needs of the business. These contracted hours are fixed and may not be flexible, as they are allocated to support service delivery and ensure we can meet the needs of our clients. Any guaranteed-hour contract offered will be discussed clearly at recruitment stage, including the expected working pattern, availability requirements, and how the hours align with operational needs.
