Qualifications? 

  • You do not need any previous experience or qualifications to become part of our Home Instead family, you just need to be a positive, caring person with a full UK driving licence and have access to your own car - we provide full training during our induction programme and provide constant support to all of our team members.
  • You must have a big smile that will make each clients face light up when they welcome you at the door. 
  • Each day is varied so you'll need to think on your feet - it helps to be light on them too as some clients love a dance. 
  • A good pair of eyes and ears are essential - ears to listen to a lifetime of stories and eyes to help find things if they've been misplaced.
  • The ability to make a good cuppa is a huge advantage.
