We’re currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting service users across Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas.

πŸ’° Weekdays (Mon-Fri): Β£13.40 per hour

πŸ’° Saturdays: Β£14.00 per hour

πŸ’° Sundays: Β£14.00 per hour

πŸš— Mileage allowance: Β£0.30p per mile

Our services run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:

🌞 Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM

πŸŒ™ Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

πŸ›Œ Sleep-in/Waking nights Shifts: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.

You’ll help with:

  • Supporting with personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
  • Assisting with medication – preparation and administration
  • Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
  • Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
  • Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning
  • Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships
