Care Assistant - afternoons and evenings

Your role will be to support residents within your local community to live well at home, this can include assistance with preparing meals, collecting prescriptions, help with housework and more.

We are unlike traditional home care. Our minimum visit is one hour - no rushing for our clients or yourself and you will be introduced to every client you support.

• Formal qualifications are not required for this position as full and ongoing training is provided
• Due to the nature of the role a full UK Drivers license and access to your own vehicle is necessary
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS check
