Candidate Manager

London Waterloo | Hybrid (Mon, Wed & Thurs in office)

We’re looking for a Candidate Manager to join our flagship London team. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to accelerate quickly in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Own advert response and identify top talent quickly
  • Speak to candidates daily to understand motivations, processes, and readiness to move
  • Support live roles across multiple levels, maintaining pace and quality
  • Partner with consultants to convert activity into placements
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools

Requirements

Essential

  • 6–24 months’ min recruitment experience (agency)
  • Experience in a structured or training-led environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume role
